Terms of Service for Zoutiw

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our application, Zoutiw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. User Content & Educational Focus

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). Zoutiw is a platform dedicated exclusively to educational content. All content you post must be for educational purposes, such as tutorials, courses, informative articles, and other materials intended to teach or inform.

You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content, you represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. As an educational platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Posting content that is not educational in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, personal vlogs, entertainment-only videos, memes, or general social media updates not related to learning.
  • Posting any content that is hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing.
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages to other users.
  • Violating or attempting to violate the security of the Application, including, without limitation, by (a) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or an account which the user is not authorized to access; (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zoutiw and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Zoutiw.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.

8. Monetization Programs

Getting Started Tier

All users start at this tier. You can create free posts and series to build your audience. Focus on creating quality content and engaging with the community to grow your following.

1,000 Follower Milestone

Upon reaching 1,000 followers, you will unlock access to advanced analytics for your content and receive priority support from our team. This will help you better understand your audience and grow even faster.

10,000 Follower Milestone

Reaching 10,000 followers makes you eligible for our direct monetization program. Alternatively, you can subscribe to the Creator Pro plan to unlock this feature immediately. At this stage, you can:

  • Create and sell paid series to your audience.
  • Receive payouts for your sales through a connected PayPal account.
  • Access advanced creator tools.

A commission of 20% will be deducted from each sale. Payouts are processed monthly.

Creator Pro Plan

The Creator Pro plan is designed for serious creators who want immediate access to all monetization and verification features. By subscribing to this plan, you can:

  • Immediately get a Verification Badge.
  • Unlock the ability to create and sell paid series, regardless of your follower count.
  • Receive 24/7 priority support.

This plan bypasses the follower milestones for monetization and verification, allowing you to start building your business on Zoutiw from day one.

Partner Program

Creators with significant influence and high-quality content may be invited to our Partner Program. Benefits include:

  • Early access to new features before public release.
  • Direct collaboration opportunities with the Zoutiw team.
  • Exclusive promotional spots within the application to boost your visibility.

Eligibility is by invitation only and based on a manual review of your account.

Verification Badge

A verification badge helps establish your authenticity on Zoutiw. There are two paths to getting verified:

  1. Subscription: Subscribe via the Monthly, Yearly, or Creator Pro plan. This provides immediate verification as long as your subscription is active.
  2. Audience Growth: Reach 100,000 followers. Your account will be automatically reviewed for verification.

Verification does not grant additional features but confirms your identity to your audience.

Verified Profile Usage Policy

By obtaining a verification badge, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Authenticity: Your account must represent a real person, a registered business, or an entity. You may not impersonate any person or entity.
  • Adherence to Guidelines: You must consistently adhere to Zoutiw's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • No Misuse: The verification badge may not be used to mislead or deceive others. Any use of the badge to promote spam, scams, hate speech, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
  • Right to Revoke: Zoutiw reserves the right to revoke a verification badge at any time without notice if an account violates these policies. Losing your badge does not entitle you to a refund for your subscription.
  • Not an Endorsement: The verification badge confirms authenticity and notability, but it is not an endorsement by Zoutiw.
